Rules for using the KASH website and requesting mobile detailing services.

1. Agreement
By using this website or submitting a booking request, you agree to these terms, the Service Agreement, Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy. A booking request is not a confirmed appointment until KASH Detailing confirms it.
2. Business and eligibility
KASH Detailing provides mobile automotive appearance services in the the Greater Los Angeles Area area. You must be at least 18 and the vehicle owner or authorized by the owner to request service.
3. Quotes and scope
Displayed prices are starting prices unless expressly stated otherwise. Vehicle size, condition, materials, contamination, access and requested results may change the final scope and price.
KASH will obtain approval before performing material additional work. Website descriptions do not guarantee that every defect, stain, odor, scratch or paint imperfection can be removed.
4. Customer responsibilities
You must provide accurate vehicle and contact information, disclose fragile or aftermarket components, remove valuables, and provide a safe and lawful service location. If water or electricity is required, that requirement will be confirmed before service.
5. Website use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent requests, interfere with availability, copy protected content, or use automated systems to scrape customer or business information.
6. Intellectual property
KASH names, branding, photographs and custom content may not be reused without written permission. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their owners. No ownership is transferred merely by viewing the website.
7. Disclaimers and liability
Services are performed with reasonable care. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
To the extent permitted by law, KASH is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, undisclosed pre-existing conditions, manufacturer defects, or damage caused by fragile, failing, improperly installed or previously repaired components.
8. Changes and governing law
The version accepted at booking applies to that request unless both parties agree otherwise. California law governs these terms. No mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver is included in this starter version.
