Mobile Detailing Service Agreement

The operating agreement acknowledged when a customer requests service.

Attorney-review draft

This starter template is not legal advice and should be reviewed by a qualified California attorney before the public website launches.

1. Authorization

You confirm that you own the vehicle or are authorized by its owner. You authorize KASH to access the vehicle and move it only when reasonably necessary to perform the approved service.

2. Inspection and existing condition

KASH may inspect and photograph the vehicle before work to document existing condition. You agree to disclose known damage, repainted panels, wraps, paint-protection film, ceramic coatings, loose or failing trim, electrical issues, leaks and aftermarket components.

3. Results and inherent risks

Detailing improves appearance but cannot guarantee complete removal of stains, odors, scratches, etching, oxidation or paint defects. Aggressive correction may be declined where paint depth or condition makes the requested result unsafe.

Older, damaged, refinished, wrapped or modified surfaces can react unpredictably. KASH will use reasonable care and discuss material risks identified before work.

4. Personal property and access

Remove valuables and sensitive items before service. KASH is not responsible for undisclosed valuables left in the vehicle except to the extent loss is caused by KASH’s negligence.

The customer must provide a safe, lawful work area and any previously agreed water or electrical access. Pets and children must remain clear of the work area.

5. Changes and approval

If inspection reveals additional time, risk or work, KASH will request approval before materially changing the service or price. You may decline additional work.

6. Concerns or damage claims

Inspect the vehicle promptly after service and report concerns as soon as reasonably possible with supporting photographs. KASH must have a reasonable opportunity to inspect and address a claimed service-related issue.

This process does not remove rights or remedies that cannot be waived under California law.

7. Photographs

Operational photographs may be taken to document condition and service. Public portfolio or marketing use requires the separate optional photo consent shown during booking.
