Privacy Policy
How KASH collects, uses, protects and shares booking information.

1. Information collected
KASH may collect your name, mobile number, email, ZIP code, vehicle information, requested services, appointment preferences, notes, communications, consent records and booking history.
Public website pages use Google Analytics to measure visits and interactions. Google may use analytics cookies and process device and usage data. KASH does not intentionally send booking details or private booking links to Google Analytics. Payment providers process payment information. KASH should not store full card numbers. Website security logs may include device, browser, approximate location and network information.
2. How information is used
Information is used to quote, schedule and perform services; communicate about appointments; maintain records; prevent fraud; improve operations; comply with law; and resolve disputes.
3. Service providers
Information may be shared only as reasonably needed with hosting, database, email, SMS, scheduling, analytics and payment providers. KASH does not currently sell customer personal information.
If advertising pixels or data-sharing practices are added, this policy and any required California privacy choices must be updated before activation.
4. Communications
Transactional emails may be sent about requested services. Transactional SMS is sent only when the customer separately consents. Marketing messages require separate consent and are not required to book.
5. Retention and security
KASH retains booking and appointment records for up to 24 months after creation for service, accounting, insurance and dispute-resolution needs. Records may be retained longer when required by law, an active dispute or a documented business obligation. Expired records are deleted through an automated retention process.
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing info@kashdetailing.com. Some records may be retained where required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or dispute purposes.
7. Children and changes
The service is not directed to children under 13. Material policy changes will be posted with a new effective date. The version accepted with a booking remains recorded.
